A mild bleach & hot water solution usually works on mould but it might stain the buggy material. Test a little bit on the underneath where it doesn't show, let it dry & you'll be able to see if its bleached the colour out. Or try biological wahing powder with water to give it a good scrub. HTH

I dont have the problem with mould on my buggy but it gets very grubby with DS eating and drinking in it etc.

I take it outdoors on a good day and wash it with hot water with my normal soap powder mixed in it and then rinse it with the hose and leave it to dry.

I have a friend who used the same buggy for both her babies.... not me if I have another one I will def need a new buggy I have certainly had my moneys worth from that one :rotfl:

Tea-tree oil is great for mould, and wouldn't be a problem on the fabric the way bleach would. I'd make up a solution with about 2 teaspoons of tto in 2 cups of water, put it in a spray-bottle and spray the whole thing. Then I'd leave it to sit for a while and scrub with a stiff brush.
