ASDA - vacuum packed Chestnuts down from 1.98 to 50p.......now 25p

Vaccum packed chestnuts down in ASDA. They were 1.98, but i remeber them being even more before xmas. sell by date on packs I got was 2011. Great for adding to stuffings and also very good in a rissotto with mushrooms and bacon.
Also same price was the chestnut puree - good for baking. also best before 2011.

25p cant be bad

found in the condiments section along with the mustards etc
