That's twice you've posted this rubbish.

In response to your other iteration I wrote...

Well I had no trouble finding the following on their website...
7.1 If you choose to cancel your membership of a Experian CreditExpert Service, you may be entitled to receive a refund. If you have not paid a charge for use of your Experian CreditExpert Service (for example, under a Trial or Redemption Code), you will not be entitled to a refund. You can cancel by calling us or...
    Clicking on 'calling us' shows...

    Our opening hours are Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm and Sat 9am - 1pm
  • OK - wealdroam, that is a fair comment, and thank you for the tip.

That aside, I really think "How do I cancel my subscription?" is a fair question and surely should feature somewhere more prominently - in FAQ's for example?

Unfortunately I didn't have the time available to go through the 21 pages of T&C's to find the answer.

The main website "Contact us" page does not have a link to the pop-up you refer to, and does not give any indication that the cancellation team is not available after 6pm.

Burying the cancellation telephone number, and opening times on a pop up link on page 17 of the T&C's - found by clicking an 8pt font link on the footer of the page - do you think that constitues clear instructions and good website navigation? I don't, but then that's just my opinion.

In any case, I have cancelled now, and use the services of Noddle, same information, but it's free!!! :j
