Found loads on t'internet but I wondered whether I can buy on the high street one of those doofers you fit on to the inside of a ring to make it more snug?

I shopped for one of these yesterday, my local claires accessories was out of stock but the assistant recommended a kleeneze or bettaware catalogue. This was for the plastic version. Jewellers do gold or silver for about £5/6. HTH0

Thanks!
I think a wedging a catalogue in there might make the ring a bit snug but I'll have a bash.
