  • Hi beckyboo2, if you go onto the National Debtline page there is information on F&F payments, also a standard letter that you can send out. We started low so that we had some room to negotiate, knew that 1st offers would be refused but kept trying.

    It does take time and only offer what you can realisticaly afford, don't let them try to get you to pay more. Also make sure that you get letter stating that it is F&F settlement. Hope this helps a bit, keep in touch about how you get on.
