I don't mean to sound rude but every MSE Admin/Rentboy always say Isa, when it is clearly ISA. Its an abbreviation and therefore capitals, so can we start saying ISA please because my OCD is really kicking in.

I have no complaints with the service this year... 5 minutes to open and appeared straight away on online banking, compared to last years 7 or so weeks!

I work for Barclays and it has been a much more professional and efficient service from Barclays this year. There have been record amounts of the Golden ISA getting opened and I haven't experienced any problems or complaints. Well nothing that we haven't been able to overcome.

I have a put a suggestion forward to 1 CP for next year that we can do transfers into this ISA. (Fingers crossed)

How about showing your existing Cash ISA customers such as myself who have been loyal since the 99/00 tax year a bit of love with the interest rates or are we taken for granted with our balances of 24k plus?
