wondered what a payment called JIME NHS MNTHLY A into my account a week before this month's pension from NHS is due. Needless to say, no notice given by pension provider as to its meaning. Is it instead of my monthly payment or in addition to and why? This is my first year of pension receipt so I have nothing to compare it with.

I am in the same situation as you, but I decided to ring up Paymaster and was told that it is not the monthly pension payment and they don't know what it is for
they just paid it as instructed
He thought it might be something from the lump sum that I got in September .
WHO KNOWS !!!!!!!!!
I hate it when no letter is sent telling you what is going on but its extra not a change to pension payment.:jYouGov£50.....2/09/09

Thanks, it's a comfort to know that other people are in the same situation. I fear that at some point in the future they'll say they want it back and I'll have spent it!1
