I had one of them for 1 day. I drove 50 miles and back to pick one up last month. I took it back the following day to our nearest Argos as they didnt have it in stock hence teh drive. Its cheapily built, a host of features though. The wifi didnt work, and I know how to set up wifi. The card slot that takes compact flash is silly, you cant get compact flash cards out without resorting to get, yes a pair of pliars out to pull it out as fingers are too big to get a grip on the card, ist a few mm gap. I ended up getting a psp that this rubbish.

I got this PDA last month when they dropped the price to £200. It is even more fantastic for £135 - don't forget this has bluetooth and 802.11b wireless so you can do pretty much anything. If you've got wireless internet at home anyway then you can slouch in front of TV with this reading your mail and posting on MSE. Would also be perfect for loading tomtom onto for car navigation (with bluetooth GPS 50 quid or so.)

Actually I agree it is a bit cheaply built and yes it does need thin pliers to get the CF card out! But it's a lovely screen and honestly everything does work properly and anyway unit will be obsolete long before it's physically worn out. The SD card slot (which is all I care about) is easy to use.

If you can find one, get one.

Oh although features are good another criticism is the control you cant got diagonal across for games etc. It does contain a hots of features though, I did get bluetooth to work but not the built-in wifi. Price is fantastic for features.

    It's not even worth £135.

It hasn't got a "lovely screen"

    Just my opinion.

I'd suggest you save up a couple of pounds more, and go for a better product

Looks good, although my good old Treo 90 will do me.

There's a good review for the N50 on http://mobile.pdagold.com/articles/detail.asp?a=237 for anyone who's interested.
    Boo!
