    I kept reading and re-reading this. Basically, this is the SOA that makes the most sense - your likely contribution is £100 per month - how much you make in benefits, etc is none of the OR's business as you're not going BR.

    Thanks merry. The only thing i wondered is if there is such a big deficit(£300) will the OR not ask why the partner is not contributing more,,regardless of whether it is benefits or not.Dx

    Thing is Merry, my CB is only £200 er month, my CTC is £359

    Another thing to bear in mind is the fact that when he does go BR I will still have debts with CCCS to have to pay each month.
