Anyone got Sonicare - Looking for advice.

Sorry if this post is in the wrong place but I wasn't sure where to put it. I've had a Sonicare (4000 series) for a couple of years and last week upgraded it to a HX7351 buying from sonicaredirect. Anyway, I had no problems with my old brush but this one keeps scratching my gum in the same place and making it bleed. When you look at the toothbrush head, are the front and back higher bristles (blue ones) the same height? On mine the ones at the top of the head on are longer than the ones at the back and I wondered if that might have something to do with it. Thanks

You could have some tartar build up in the gun this can make it bleed

I have been using a sonicare for about 6 months. It is the absoultely best toothbrush I have ever used. I would never go back to any other. You do need one with teh quad-pacer though as that teaches you how to use it properly. It's an investment but a damn good one if you want good teeth. Usually I would get tartar at the back of my bottom teeth in 3 months after a visit to the hygenist. After 6 months with a Sonicare I have NONE, not one spot of tartar and my mouth feels like I've been to the hygenist every day. If your gums bleed when you use it it's because they were in such awful condition before you use the Sonicare. It will soon sort them out.
No reliance should be placed on the above.
