Ooooh, what you have there is what my MIL calls Pig Fry.....it goes like this....
Get yourself some other bits of pork - stir fry mix, chopped chunks - that sort of thing and use these as well...
Fry off a load of onions and some mushrooms and stick in a casserole dish...
Chop all your offal bits into chunks (unrecognisable always helps) and fry those off as well to seal them..add to the casserole...
Make up onion gravy of your choice...HM or granules is fine...pour this in and stick it in a medium oven for an hour or so... eat with mash and peas.
It tastes better the next day but then doesn't everything.Well behaved women rarely make history.0
