Default notice recieved , what should i do now ?

Hi
Need some advise as to my next move , have been paying grattan catologue on my dmp for last 6 months with no problems ,today i recieved a default notice saying full payment to be made by 21/4/09 or agreement will be terminated and the account passed to a dca .
What should i do now , send cca requset ?? or let them pass account to a dca , any help would be appreciated

Hi
Get a CCa request out promptly if the account was opened prior to April 2007.
Also scan and post up the default notice. it may not be legally compliant either.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
