cleaning the ceiling

i have just been reading the thread "in praise of stardrops" and thought hum i could clean the bathroom ceiling while i am still inspired. Just wondered if any of you have any tips on how to stop the water running down my arms as i reach up? i hate that feeling .. anything would help.. thanks:beer:

I always use a flat mop and wring it out till just damp then go for it!Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light
