Krusty Allsopp is on This Morning talking the market up and to tell us about changes to HIPs. Ruth called it home improvement packs, good to see they are up to speed on things. :T
Oh and prices are on the up now as well.
I came in to this world with nothing and I've still got most of it left. :rolleyes:

    She got paid for doing her job, naive souls? most of the participants on the TV show were spending large sums of money and were not FTB's.

    People who were encouraged to buy properties they could not afford are clearly not living the dream, like your good self;)

    It can't be fun scrabbling around for every last penny and worrying about paying the bills, you of all people should realise that, so anyone who encouraged the naive and underinformed to stretch themselves beyond their means has to take some of the blame:beer:
