Unsecured loans

we have a unsecured loan with NR and canot pay them the full amount as we are going on a DMP obviously we cannot CCA them as this loan was taken out at home and we would have signed for somthing whats the best way to tackle a loan then is it different to a CC.

It wouldn't matter where it was signed moneybuster.
