Single person will

I have yet to persuade my adult children to make their will, they are both single and unmarried. They only have money in the bank, building society and isa and peps worth approx £75,000 each. As they do not owe any property, I am wondering whether they could use a "do it yourself will"and leave everything to each other and change it later on if their circumstances change, they are in their late twenties.
Please, can any MS member offer any advice on this as there is no property involved yet but we are considering buying one for them in the near future. I thought it is better if they make one now and then see a Solicitor when they did buy a joint property. Thanks

There is a template will on this site where just fill in your details and it prints out looking quite impressive.
I would only suggest using it if your children's wishes are very simple and uncomplicated.
I have used myself. You need to remember to have your signature witnessed by 2 people who wil not benefit from the will. It's great to be ALIVE!0 -

And they must all be present at the same time and all see the others sign.0
