chicken fillets

yesterday at our local car boot I bought £20 of chicken breast fillets which a full carrier bag from a butcher's van doing an auction type thing. When I got them home I found that some of them were still a bit frozen so I packed them into two's and put them on quick freeze. I am a bit worried about eating them now as they have been frozen before. This butcher is there every week so is must be normal for him to do this but I would rather chuck the lot out rather than take a risk.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated

Don't worry about the fact that they've been frozen before.
So long as the chicken is cooked thoroughly when you use it, that will kill off any bugs. At worst, the quality of the chicken won't be great, as it might have some freezerburn, but it won't cause you any harm.
The USA FDA have some information in this link
