    I go to the gym too! 5 days a week, 1-2 hours a day cardio (bpm=140-170)- I still get the skin-roll thing, Not fair!!

    I can't help feeling that they only work for people who really don't need them: l too need miracle pants not magic ones!
  • My daughter got the equivalent from Sainsburys, they look like cycling shorts but come up to the rib cage. She swears by them. £6 so i got myself some, i am generally a 16/18 bottom half and got an extra large but am about to go change them for a Large. Worth a try for a mere £6 :cheesy:

    It's a bit of a struggle usually - just allow a few extra minutes in the ladies to get them off - don't leave it until you are desperate to go!!! :rotfl:
