Canon Ixus 85 or Panasonic FS7 Digital Camera

Time to replace my Canon Ixus 40 which has given several years or use and good pictures despite only 4megapixels - a good lens no doubt.
I have circa £150 to spend and come up with the Canon Ixus 85 and Panasonic Lumix FS7 as possibles. Has anyone experience of using these camaras in the real world and would you recommend them? Any alternatives I should look at?
