we promise to cashback site

Hi
Just wondered if anyone had any advice,i have an account with we promise to cashback site and had accumulated£20 with them and also had a couple of things which were pending.I logged into my account saturdayto a message which said my account has been suspended
Im not sure whats going on,tried to email but there not responding,has anyone had problems with them? or any advice,if anyonesgot a contact number that would also be great a its not showing one on the website

Have a look on the referrers board for more info on wepromiseto.

Sounds a bit like them though. The site is ok if things track fine, but if they don't its hard to get hold of them!

Hi Petal, i once had my account suspended by them.In the first instance,contact Fiona via the helpdesk contact us form using this link http://www.wepromiseto.co.uk/helpdesk, after logging in.In my instance it was a case of id verification.We have 4 accounts in our household and they wanted to see id for everybody.They had suspended all 4 accounts on suspicion of multiple accounts.After supplying id,all 4 accounts were then reactivated.Took 2 -3 weeks though.
