UK house prices plunged by 2.5% in March (Halifax seasonally adjusted)

    This graph was very useful as it was showing the rate of change, however it has now served it's purpose, now that it's bottomed, which anyone with a little knowledge knew that it would, we would be much better off seeing a graph of prices over time, from Oct 2007.

    If people are after a new graph, can I recommend the following from Keynes's seminal 1936 work 'The General Theory of Employment, Interest and Money'.

    I love all of Keynes's work, but I find his theory on Doomers to be some of his best.

    If I count as a doomer, I can tell you, we have only just started the decent of HP then. :)

    Am I a doomer? Does bein a FTB make one a doomer? I don't think I'm a doomer, but I do think there is some more bad news to come. :(
