Messy Olive Oil

I've been buying olive oil (extra virgin) in 3 litre plastic bottles as they are a bit cheaper but they are messier to use than a litre or smaller bottle. I'm thinking of buying in even larger quantities now, maybe a 5 litre drum or suchlike if I could get a good price. Any suggestions as to how I could use it on a daily…

I see your problem but.... if you decant it then you are probably wasting less than all the stuff that goes on you/the floor
