Front page of the Sunday Times Business section reports that 342 people are going BR each day at the moment along with 95 businesses. I'm not as special as I thought...

Im not surprised and i think that figure will go alot higher yet. It will reach a ceiling as the courts wont be able to cope.

342 a day? If that's based on an 8 hour working day, it works out to 1 every 1m 24s! Unless they're talking about the average spread over a 7 day week instead of a working week, in which case it becomes 1 a minute...0

You might want to tweak your signature unless your OR was lightning fast in sorting your case out
