If you work for the NHS, check the NHS Discount Website deals for Eurodisney deals :

I took my wife and 3 year old daughter for 2 nights/3 Days including Passes for 3 days to both parks staying at the Hotel Cheyenne for £1890 -
You have to pay an additional £60 or £100 if want to come back either 2,3 or 4 days after the outward ferry journey. The cost depends on the date.0

You can also buy a single from Calais to Dover on a specified date through P&O for £55, for a car & 4 people. Don't think you can book on-line though.0 -

Am not sure if the park pass is dated to a particular day. If you ring the promotions line on the above link (not sure if I am allowed to post the phone number) they are really helpful, I spoke to them yesterday.0 -
just did call and they were very helpful. The operator i spoke to said they were not dated but they had an expiry date on them. Haven't taken up the offer yet but prob will when i work out best sailings.0
