How to claim on 7 day price promise after purchase

I have purchased something from a PC World store a few days ago and now it is £50 cheaper at their store (Web) and also @ Currys (have seen it physically in store)

PCW have a Price Match Plus even 7 days after Purchase BUT they don't say how to claim the 110% of the difference after purchase.

id take a photo or any promotional stuff, the store addy and trel no along wiv ur reciept to the shop asap. Also take the item n if they dont give u 110% after alot fuss then return the goods n go buy at currys xx

Use the Curry's price rather than their own online price, they might turn around and say they don't match online prices.

As sinw says, make a note of the price at Curry's take the information to PCW store you bought it from, go to Customer Services and explain.

You might not be able to return the product if it is used and you must bear in mind that it has to be identical,

We just went to PC World and I mentioned that I had seen the identical product in a local Currys Store.

They went on the web, they printed out a copy and took it to their manager. (prob the same manager that didn't give us a discount in the first place!)

We were refunded 2 x £50 in cash!! I didn't pursue the xtra 10 % (110% diff)
Thought would get a lot of grief but easy!!

Pc World (after I emailed them) are sending my friend n me £10 each gift cards for the grief and the omitted 10% price promise as we purchased 2 items.

It restores my faith in them and I am likely to shop there again in the right circumstances!
