Welcome Toyah. We are hoping it is now back for good. I was going to do my garden today but my plans have gone out the window.

Windows are worse than gardening. Can you call and do mine on your way down south?

I need to do gardening too - I weeded and planted new plants the other day, but mowing the lawns is a mammoth job.

I suppose really I should make the effort and at least mow the front one, so we have somewhere to sit out if the good weather continues.

Just got back from a truly rubbish run - aborted after 2.5km :rotfl: my legs just wouldn't do it. I felt exhausted and everything hurt. Oh well, will have a little rest and do a longer run on Wednesday, but it scared me a bit that I still have days when I can't run 5k. What if that happens on RFL day???? EEEK!!
