I think (from previous threads on this matter) you should still claim cos you can keep anything towards pain and suffering; plus you get your car repaired. Silver lining????
Aside from that, if you get any medical complications down the road, you will know why and should be able to do something about it. Not to mention the fact that the muppet in question needs to learn to be a bit more careful, if only for the sake of other road users...0 -
