I has a missed call on my mobile today from the savoy hotel, in Blackpool. But no message left . I called them back and got a rather rude lady on reception. I explained that someone had called me from this number and she did not ask fir my name etc - she just said I had come thought to their reception and that was that ??

Could not see a comp for this hotel, any ideas??? And do hotels just call you to book you in for a win??
