WIN A HOLIDAY TO THAILAND PROMOTION
HOW TO ENTER
1. Individuals may enter once during the promotion period by clicking a golden elephant on a participating web site and completing the entry form available at:
http://www.changbeer.com/promotions/thainewyear/thainewyearform.aspx. All entrants will be entered into the Chang Beer contact database unless they opt out at the time of completing the Entry Form. Please see below for details of how we use this data. Multiple entries will be discounted from the Prize Draw.
2. The Promotion is open to existing changbeer.com registered users. Please enter the username (e-mail address) and password used when setting up the account.
3. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Information on How to Enter and Prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry. By entering this Promotion, each Entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood and accept these Terms and Conditions of entry.
2. The competition is open to non-UK residents, however, the flights are only available from the UK. The competition winner will be drawn from the list of registered users. The winner will be announced at the beginning of May 2009. This promotion is open to persons of legal drinking age in their country of residence, except employees of International Beverage Holdings Ltd and their associates.
3. No purchase necessary. The competition commences on Wednesday 1st April 2009 at 9am (GMT). Final entries close and must be received by 30th April at 11:59pm (GMT) (“Competition Period”).
4. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the rules. Entry into the promotion is deemed to signify acceptance of the rules. Interbev reserve the right to amend, alter or cancel the promotion without prior notice. It is not the intention of the promoter to use this promotion in any way to encourage excessive consumption of alcohol.
5. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanism or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an Entrant’s proof of purchase, identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Entrants can only enter using their own name. Suitable forms of verification are at the discretion of the Promoter. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

PRIZE DRAW
1. The prize draw will take place on 1st May 2009.
PRIZE
1. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are strongly advised to arrange adequate insurance.
2. The winner will receive a holiday for two people to Thailand as detailed below. Subject to availability and not redeemable for cash. Based on 2 people sharing, travelling on economy flights with EVA Air ex. London Heathrow to Bangkok and then onwards with Thai Airways or Bangkok Airways to Phuket. Price includes 8 nights 3* hotel on a room only basis and all applicable taxes and fuel msurcharges. Valid for travel between May-June 2009 & Sep-Oct 2009. Any costs in excess of the value of the Prize and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize are not included and are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
3. The winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone. Please ensure that you enter accurate information in the registration section.
4. The prize is offered in conjunction with our travel partner Funway Holidays, who will be happy to speak to competition winners who wish to tailor their prize and/or upgrade any elements.
5. The winner's name will be available by writing to International Beverage Holdings Ltd, UK Office, Moffatt Distillery, Airdrie, ML6 8PL.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any changes in the value of the Prize occurring between publishing date and the date the Prize is claimed
7. The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
8. If the Prize (or any part thereof) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part thereof) with a Prize of equal value and/or specification.
9. In the event that for any reason any Winner does not claim their Prize, the Prize will be automatically forfeited by the Winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize.
10. If the Promoter determines that any Winner was under 18 years of age at the time of purchasing their Participating Product, their entry will be deemed invalid and a new Winner will be drawn.
11. If a Prize has already been awarded, but the Promoter determines that the Winner was in fact in breach of these Terms and Conditions of entry upon entering this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to request the Winner to return the Prize, or its monetary equivalent (at their own cost). If this occurs, a new Winner will be selected. Each Entrant acknowledges this condition upon entering this Promotion.
12. All entries will be entered into a database. The Promoter may use the full name, likeness, image and/or voice and any other details for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without any fee being paid to the Winner or entrant.
13. The Winner accepts their Prize at their own risk. To the full extent permitted by law neither the Promoter, its employees, agents and companies providing Prizes for the Promotion will not be held liable for any liability/loss/damage/expense/death/personal injury suffered or incurred or any dispute (including, but not limited to, direct/indirect/consequential loss) arising out of, or in connection with, this Promotion, the provision of Prizes, use or participation in such Prizes or promotion of this competition.

The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrants or any other persons computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion.
