oh just remembered got a red card through the door today - keep trying to think if I ordered something - can't think of anything (sometimes I do forget though:o!!!)

well I feel a bit better after doing 2 hours of exercise and trying to make up for yesterday's gorgeing of food
and now I have new Heroes to watch

thanks to everyone who poinged me, I definitely feel better than earlier - plus I spoke to some of the people that were upsetting me/ignored some of the things that were bothering me and at least I can go to bed not too upset you're all too lovely xx

Ah, the footie bucks - OH isnt impressed as we missed the start of it coming back from Wales in the car! He wasnt happy!? He is even less happy after the result! Guess your guys are too?

talking of exercise.....has any one tried or no someone that has used one of those ab toneing belt things???? do they hurt???? or is it just a bit of discomfort that u can get used to????

I liked mine.. was a little weird at first but definitely something I got used to. I need a new one infact, mine's worn out
