anyone know a good way to shift a plateau?
I've been the same weight for 2 weeks now and it's depressing
I've hit them before, but never for more than a week before
bleh!

hmmmmmmm end of month comps to do.. think I might leave them for the weekend! There's tonnes! :eek:

Absolutely sfh I couldn't agree more.

My father in law said on the way home from the airport the other day - "I believe that if you've got a dream you should do everything you can to make it happen - I know money can be a problem but if you keep trying and keep saving you will be able to do what you want eventually". I think he is right. It was after OH and I said we dreamed of touring California on motorbikes but it would cost thousands each to give you some context but it's true of non-holiday dreams too. Make the most of what you have, live life to the full, and never stop dreaming!

Firstly, thanks for all the lovely emails, pm's and messages on here and fb for mine and Caitlins birthday, it really meant alot x x
We put Caitlins picture on her cake



and none of the kids would eat the bits with her face on !!!
I was soooooo going to kill Mark for buying me an iron but he was so pleased with himself, he thought he'd been really thoughtfull:o

The wrestling was absolutely amazing last night. We were in the top tier but the view was brill. We had a little walk around Liverpool One and the docks because we got there a bit early, no thanks to the sat nav which took us to some random place on a housing estate! They are doing another tour in November so I am definitely booking the tickets as soon as they go on sale, it was brilliant. And even the oh got a bit excited when Cena came out (not as much as I was omg I felt like a teeny-bopper again screaming my guts out haha) and he was cheering him on so he did get a lift home after all!!!

I only saw one female security person yesterday, lady with red hair, wasn't you was it FE?
