    i left 90% of it we always eat from there never use to be that rubbish.
    my hubby is saying not to complain couse he liked it lol well im ok with that i ate rice and bread but left korma and sum other dish we have

    Korma definitely shouldn't be watery. Hope you're not left hungry. If it was me I wouldn't want to go back there.

    both curry dishes were watery even the rise was a lil bit
    but there exscuse would be the heat hitting the top and going into food while in tubs in delivery.
    im not to worried aboout it as i know im getting kfc friday he he with the complaint vouchers i got from them.
    my hubby hates it when i complain.

    I think you should complain if something doesn't meet your expectations. Not fly off the wall or anything, but say that you were disappointed. But likewise, I also think you should give praise if something is more than you were expecting - those letters/comments are often few and far between.

    gemma - i agree :)

    cg - sorry about your curry, at least you can look forward to some free KFC :) I had horrible curry last year and haven't been able to eat it since. I love complaining when I feel it's right too, normally i'm really shy but never scared to complain :D

    Splodz - I also try to send praise letters especially when it's a particular member of staff that's provided excellent service

    Splodz - I also try to send praise letters especially when it's a particular member of staff that's provided excellent service

    I used to work for a catalogue company and we would get loads of complaints (even when it was nothing to do with us!) but the odd thanks/praise letter/call that came through really made everyone's day. I always try to now. In some places if a member of staff gets named praise/thanks they get a bonus/present/prize so it's always worth it.
