someone sent me a photo text and now im trying to download the photos onto my computer and it wont let me!

I won 50 itunes earlier in the year from one of the radio stations, the OH told me that it was itunes that messed up our pc with conflicts so i don't bother anymore but I did find a home for those 50 so they didn't go to waste
