Morning all!!

Went to bed early but barely slept as it was too hot; my room is in the loft conversion and was roasting for once. That and my housemates had people over again...I woke up to find some random fool had put his trainers in my leftover dinner..sideways?????

No idea. They're in every room. The other human housemate who got annoyed out of the house about a month ago, they broke into his room and there's some skanky kid sleeping in his bed...

Goooooood morning.

Well I made it back to work. And surprise surprise I don't want to be here. Really. I was thinking this morning - this time last year I had been signed off work with anxiety and fatigue. And I know I should feel better after a holiday but actually I don't - I have tummy ache and am really worried about the carp that will face me here. Silly I know. Turns out I've got a meeting at 10am which will be a rubbish one as I'm not ready for it etc.

Anyway, got to think positive - happy happy joy joy and all that (how are you Toni?). It's Ben and Jerry's free scoop day so will be off there in my lunch break, and I'm planning to make meatballs for dinner tonight which will be yummy. Oh, and another positive thing - I haven't actually put on any weight whilst on holiday - how fab is that? I had already gone back to my pre-Christmas weight before we went (was doing so well in Jan/Feb but all went belly up in March) so I'm not what I should be, but having eaten what I wanted when I wanted it - snacks and all, I think that is something good. Now I'm back I'm going to be good (Ben and Jerry's excluded!) and see if I can complete what I tried to start in January.

I was really hot last night too, I'm happy that we've got a bit of cloud today Would like the sun if I had a garden to enjoy it in but I don't and the flat gets ridiculously hot when there's any sun!

Just realised that I'm going to have to go shopping this weekend for a dress for a wedding as it's the only weekend I have free before I need it! Not looking forward to it as I'm not very good at shopping for dresses
