well I've just written a 3 page letter to the AOL complaints department.. lovely. Now do I send it signed for or just normal post do you think? It's typed, so I can always send it again and I've told them to reply in 7 working days else I'll just send it again..

After not going to renew my phone contract got round to it saturday, and came out with a new samsung tocco, my dd threw a strop when she realised, didnt like the ringtone so have been a bit sad and put a duran duran song on!
Shame about the free phones but hey hum, never mind.
Hopefully there are some wins at home for me?

Postie didn't bring me anything either, was waiting for something that I've actually bought but looks like it has been lost, thats the 3rd thing that I know of in the past couple of months, grrrr royal mail!
