Morning all.

Not at work today - booked an extra day off so I could sleep in and get stuff sorted before going back to work. Really don't want to go back tomorrow but needs must and all that. I just know it'll be manic when I get back - it's a busy month anyway and I need to catch up from the last two aswell.

Hope everyone slept well - I went to bed at 9pm and woke up at 9am. I did wake at about 1am when my bedside light turned itself on (put it on the timer while we were away and forgot to turn it off - oops!) but got back to sleep. Hopefully this means I won't have a bad case of jet lag. OH is still sleeping but I'm not going to let him for much longer - he does get bag jet lag so he needs to be ready for a proper night's sleep tonight.

seems like sleep hasn't helped my twitching eye.. eep!
but.. I've heard back from the photography course's admissions department and I can apply! I have 4 GCSE's (ha! I've got a 2:1 degree, thanks ) in the ones they want so they said they'd welcome my application quite chuffed they didn't turn me down to apply actually.. must perfect that portfolio now incase I get called up!
will pass any eggs back I have in a bit, gotta catch up first.
and yes, I feel better than yesterday but will probably keep quiet for a bit longer but I'll throw my face in here now and then
