I mean the sub-topic of reading sorry I worded it wrong :o my overall title is already done and dusted and with the clock ticking for me I can't really change it. My thesis is 80.000 words. I could easily and happily write these on here :D I have few chapters close to finishing but I am stuck in the analysis chapter, and struggling and suffering in silence  re the methods etc. I have scattered notes all over the place. I read an article, take notes then forget to integrate them so it is all in my mind but getting overwhelmed. I have about 30 articles like this ...just losing motive not attending any lectures (research-based) and then getting distracted by 20-hour-a-week job. No breaks because I work overtime in the holidays to catch up with my bills etc. I have not had a holiday since 2006 not even in the UK  OH's parents bought me tickets to the Zoo :o to get me out (I am 32 mind you)

OMG!! and i was moaning at an 80 day placement, and 4000 word portfolio.:o
I lose motive sometimes...usually when deadlines approaching, and i can't think of anything to write in assignments!
You're nearly there, you have the end in sight, and i bet when you start writing you won't be able to stop!;)
and lol at your OH's parents!!:rotfl:Its a nice thought though!!

DS still has another op to face on other hip, then knee. Has had two hip replacents on one, that both failed ( to be redone yet again) and having second on other that failed, (Hes gone from pulled muscles humph, Worked bloody hard manually in well paid job, holidays etc, (company collected car, phone etc) to being disabled, sick of crutches for well over 2 years, having to FIGHT for every penny of financial help)he is 40 in May 4 kids at home, 2 littleuns. . They have warned him that this op, his hip and pelvis has 90% chance of shattering and theyll have to rebuild and wire it. Major worry is that he bleeds a lot normal ops and this op is known to have big bleeds. He needs a break

    ditto cistolic!! xxx
    6 hrs!

I know its easier said than done, but try not to worry in those 6 hrs!!
Waiting for my little brother to come out of theatre was pure hell...but nurses advised us to go for a walk, shopping, read a book, surf the net, anything like that, cos hes gonnabe in there for some time, and when he
gets out of theatre, hes gonna take time to come round from the anaesthetic too!!
We couldn't concentrate on anything, but had to occupy ourselves, cos time DRAGGED!!!
But eventually when he came round...we couldn't shut him up!:rotfl:
Maybe you could do the same...go shopping, comp, do houswork/chores you didn't get round to!!

I understand how extremely worrying this is for you hun. Let's pray he will cope fine..I am sure the doctors will do their best for him. I hope that tomorrow you will feel more relaxed when the operation is over and successful. Take it easy xx Everyone will need you to be strong as hard as this may be ...I am really so sorry you all have to go through this. xx

You are right hun, it is paternal ties and it is unfortunate that you are experiencing this (((((((cistolic))))))
