Keen - hope your mum is ok.
I am totally up to date with comps, dailys and weeklies as well. This must be the first time for ages. Now I have the rest of the day to do something. Its lovely outside so might take the chance to do some gardening before I start the dinner. Hope everyone has a lovely day, might see you all later.
    Keep thinking positively

Thanks cathy & pd. She has to have a brain scan next week but they are unsure if it will be monday or tuesday because of the hols. She did have a mini stroke 15 yrs ago but not as bad as this one as she can stand but is unable to walk unaided & her eye is constantly shut & speach slurred so. Fingers are crossed for a full recovery but we won't know more until the scan.

Morning all, Welcome home Essexgirl, I'm sorry too, have had a chat with Cis and it sounds like you had a lovely time xxx

Welcome back Keen too, OMG! that is exactly what happened to my best friend on Thursday! and they have said it's a virus causing vertigo too, and my instincts all pointed to stroke and I was so worried about her. I went to see her yesterday and the tablets do work for her and I studied her face and her movements so closley (she probs thought I was a bit weird lol) but I can't see any signs that the docs were wrong but they had better not be! Hope your mum gets better soon hun xxx

Hi everyone, doing my dailies this morning then potting up my chilli seedlings and doing a couple more hanging baskets while DH does the annual guttering clearing and soffat board cleaning.

    Good luck all xxxx
That ain't working! That's the way to do it, money for nothing and TV's for free ;)

    Don'tcha just love Sunday mornings?

Radio 2 on and roast beef to look forward to. My turn to cook as the missus has better things to do on a Sunday morning.

Just gotta decide whether to make home made yorkshires
