I go through about 100 stamps a month (I would say 80 2nd class to 20 first class) but get most of them free so not much spend to me.
My wins from that thread (so that includes text message ones too but I only go upto 75p a text personally) since 2008 are :-

I guess it's the same as doing the normal online comps, the more you put into it the more you'll get out of it.
