well I've already written an official complaints letter to the member service manager (he should have that now) and he's got 7 working days to reply within according to their statement so I expect a proper apology and I'll be fighting for reimbursment for the costs of my calls when everything that's gone wrong has been their fault. No post here yet so don't know if i have any wins - oh i got some tena lady yesterday (i think they came from a comp to go to rome that was linked to them some how)
Been physio this morning - feel better as i said i have been in a lot of pain since tuesday she massaged me and said all my back was so stiff so she has loosened it - also she said my joint specialist app is showing on their sysytem for 18th may at 3pm - so maybe that will come in the post today.
