Got a call this afternoon - it's been approved!!
What a relief - have to pay for valuation tomorrow and then hopefully the rest is standard practise?
Thanks to everyone who kept their fingers crossed!0 -

I have sold my house for full asking, putting 10% deposit down. Its been approved in branch now its at the underwritters, I have to wait upto 48 hours. I am a nervous wreck, we delacred everything we had but they did ask for additional info........wage slips P60, bank statements etc. Had mortgage with the already for 12 years of which I am paying off and taking a new one on a new property. Please someone is this normal practice, my buyer is good to go no chain, as is the house I am buying.......Im very very nervous.0
