has anyone received a survey from toluna this mornng, but the link doesnt work? by the time you email them and they reply, youve misssed out on the reward:-(

I've been having the same problem! I also can't access the polls correctly! When I click on the link to the polls with rewards I get an error message....has been like this since before the weekend :rolleyes:

i cant get to the polls but i got to 120,000 points so i dont really care no more!

ive only just realised the 15000 pts for a month limit so holding off on polls
on other survey front peed off with VO today whats point of sending survey when link dont work

be careful with valued opinions, they sent me a survey said if i complete it il get 2 pound - it kicked me out but then offered me another one where i had to download a programme - nielson online credit my account 3 pounds, then everytime i did something for them i would be credited another 3 pounds. thinking this was a great deal ive downloaded this nielson but checked my balance and the money hadnt gone on, so i emailed them they said it was pending , so ive left it 4 days and still not there so contacted them again asking them y it isnt there when they said if i download nielson whch id now had 4 days - i would get 3 pound for installing it ,they have replied to me today saying i wont get the 3 pounds until i have had the nielson installed 3 months!!!! they did not tell me this upfront so i am uninstalling the program - dont fall for it people.

I had this email from Valued Opinions and agreed to have Neilsons download whatever it is. I've had them spying on me for over 3 months but haven't checked my account to see if the money has been paid. I did think that the emil said £3 per month you stay with it. Did I get this wrong by chance? Anyway, I did contact Neilsen saying I wanted out but todate have had no reply.
