Free public sector/"public service delivery" publications (online)

Subscriptions to some of the print publications here are around £100, but they seem to offer most of them for free as digital editions:

I subscribe to "Public Servant" and it's a month behind online so I'd gather the others are similar. They have people like Boris Johnson, Tony McNulty (he's infamous now), Ban-Ki Moon (UN Secretary) and even Gordon Brown writing in them, so all the top people it seems.
You have to register your name and e-mail to view them online. I opted out from receiving e-mails and haven't received anything from them.
There's Health, Science, Transport, PPP publications and more, if you're into that sort of thing...
