Done this, how long does the 20 notes take to appear in the account? I called CS and they said this time tomorrow (1pm)

All I know, is that I registered and placed my first bet - yesterday evening - by this morning, the credit was in there.

When you do place your free bets, there is a box to select with free balance in.

Did you place a single bet to the value of 10 pounds? If not then you won't qualify. Not 100% clear I know, but they love their terms and conditions.

yer I got caught out in this too, I placed 3 bets for a tenner, not all at once, never mind, not lost anything (that is if you did in fact loose!) which I kinda did!
