Nectar extra points coupons question

In Sainsburys yesterday I used a couple of extra points coupons... 100 extra points wys £3 on milk/yoghurt/cream... that sort of thing, but I've just looked at my receipt and only the normal shopping points have gone on, not the extra 2 x 100. Do they get added on later, or have I been swizzed?
TOP MONEYSAVING TIP
Make your own Pot Noodles using a flower pot, sawdust and some old shoe laces. Pour in boiling water, stir then allow to stand for two minutes before taking one mouthful, and throwing away. Just like the real thing!
