Is it possible to combine party plan jobs?

Options
Is it permitted to do, for example, phoenix trading (which I currently do) and usborne books? So If I had a coffee morning or toddler group to have both types of products available? Or take phoenix trading cards along to body shop at home parties etc?

Just wondering if this is permitted by these companies if anyone knows

If it is and anyone successfully does this I'd love to hear about it :D

It is allowed as I know a few girls who do this - but depends what you are wanting from it.

If you are doing it as a hobby and for small amount of money then it will work, but if you want to make good money then IMO you have to devote all your time to whatever party plan company you choose - from my experience when you put time and effort into this then you will reapy the rewards.
    I get paid to party!:rotfl:

    Well said candlegirl.

You can do both, Pt allow it but say you should do one, put their stuff away then bring out the other. My attitude is you are the boss so do what you like!!

    BUT

Some people think if i do 2 or 3 things I'll make 2 or 3 times the money, however probably the reverse happens. You spread yourself too thin and instead of being good at one u are mediocre at 3!!

They all work similar and usbourne & PT probably have same customer groups. One other disadvantage is if you take £200 of orders in a month, you will hit bonus with one company but if its spread between two you wont get the bonus.

    Have fun

  • After reading these threads to raise a bit of cash, Ive had an idea. I print photos onto canvas and I pay friends commission for getting business for me, I wonder if I could make it official and have people sell it for me for say 20% commission. Would anyone be interested? Im not exactly sure how I'd set it up.

Usborne do not allow you work with another DSA company as they provide free training so don't want you learning from them and then going to another company.

Personally I don't think it is posible to do two successfully. Doing Usborne keeps me busy enough that I don't need to do another.
