My friend visited The Tower Of London yesterday, being a money saving addict i fount a 2for1 with national rail:

But whilst the friends were there they were informed by a very friendly guard that the Church inside the tower is a real church, and if you go to the sunday service (not sure about other services) they will not charge you an entrance fee (currently £17ish for adults) and they dont mind if you hang around after the service and wander around the grounds (as you would if you were just visiting).
Obviously this shouldnt be abused but if you are a church goer then im sure youll love this tip/loophole whilst visiting london.
Hope this helps

Hmmm...the entrance fee is a rip-off but I wouldn't feel comfortable doing this.0
