Does anyone know where I can get sausages that are simular to the ones at the christmas german market in birmingham (the ones on the bbq)

The red ones are usually called bratwurst, and the white bockwurst (I think lol). I think you can get that kind of stuff at places like Aldi and Lidl, or if you google it I'm sure you could find an online supplier.0
