Anyone else having trouble with this 'outfit'. Any excuse to hit you with charges they will. I've just been charged for replacing lost DVDs when this 'outfit' knew they weren't lost and they actually had them in their possession.
Their excuse was a technicality in the small print, obviously I canceled my subscription so in the long run they'll lose out. And I'm sure plenty of other customers have had similar experiences.
