Oscar® winner Russell Crowe leads an all-star cast in a blistering thriller about a rising congressman and an investigative journalist embroiled in a case of seemingly unrelated, brutal murders.
A leading contender for the upcoming presidential race, handsome, unflappable U.S. Congressman Stephen Collins (Ben Affleck) is the future of his political party until his research assistant/mistress is brutally murdered and buried secrets come tumbling out.
Cal McCaffrey (Russell Crowe) is the investigative journalist trying to uncover the killer’s identity, but what he discovers along the way threatens to shake the nation’s power structures.
In a town of spin-doctors and wealthy politicos, he will discover one truth: when billions are at stake, no one’s integrity, love or life is ever safe.

All truth goes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Then, it is violently opposed. Finally, it is accepted as self-evident.0 -
For those of you that may not already know, you can register with See Film First and get emailed when there are codes for free cinema tickets.
I have seen a couple of films since registering. Make sure you register with an email account you check regularly as they normally only contact you with a few days to spare before the film is shown.I want to be credit card and loan free by Christmas 20100
